Orders ship on the Tuesday after your order was placed.  Weeks with major holidays (ie New Years, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas) may delay shipping. Meat orders usually arrive within 48 hours after being shipped. We are only able to ship frozen product at this time.

If the meat does not arrive frozen, kindly contact us with your name and order number and we will be happy to ship you a replacement box. 

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed. You are responsible to provide the correct shipping address. If we are not given the correct shipping address, we cannot provide a replacement order for items delivered to the incorrect shipping address given at checkout. If your order does have the incorrect address please contact us as soon as possible at yourfarmer@abundantpastures.farm.
